How To Make Pinoy Tuna Carbonara Recipe Nestle Cream Tasty Filipino Style Philippine Cooking Recipes

Learn how to make this simple yet very delicious Filipino recipe called Pinoy Tuna Carbonara.

Pinoy Tuna Carbonara Ingredients:

1/2 pack of spaghetti, cooked and drained

2 cans of tuna chunks, drained

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium yellow onion, chopped

1 can mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

1 can evaporated milk

1 small can Nestle cream

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

salt and pepper

How To Make Pinoy Tuna Carbonara:

1. In a large skillet with hot oil, saute the garlic and onions.

2. Add the mushrooms, tuna flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the evaporated milk, Nestle cream, grated Cheddar cheese, and water. Stir and simmer until the sauce boils and thickens.

4. Add 1/4 cup of the fresh parsley then toss in the spaghetti pasta.

5. Sprinkle with more Cheddar cheese and garnish with the remaining chopped fresh parsley.

Serve Pinoy Tuna Carbonara with garlic bread.
